Way over the top extreme gore. More disturbing then the first film August underground.Again no real plot to the storyline just a lot of killing and blood and gore.This time theres a new comer who comes along for the killings.fred vogel does a great job with hes second film in the series. the specail effects are awsome.Hold on to your seats its an entertaining movie start to finish if you have the guts to watch all the way through.

Is this a lost home video? Maybe!
Imagine walking along the road and you see a DVD and there is no packaging or name on it to speak of. You take it home and sit in your comfortable chair and on this DVD is some home video footage of someone pouring a beer out, the quality is rough and the photography is shaky. You see another character come into view and then you are walking down some stairs into a basement and when the light is turned on you see...That's the movie, period. Except what you see after that 20 seconds will have you squirming in your seat, as you see graphic murder and rape and stuff too vile to speak about here. That's the plot of the film. 2 serial killers stalking and killing and laughing about it all. The rest of the 70 minutes is simply murder and mayhem but it's shot like you are watching someone's home video. I watched the 3rd August Underground Penance DVD before seeing this one but it really doesn't matter the order you see them in, they are all similar and don't necessarily have...

Disgusting for those seeking the dark side
The first thing all people need to know and this has been previously stated do not pay good money for these films. ToeTag the producers happily sell their series for a bit under 20 dollars per movie. The movies are off the wall and grainy. They are disturbing. Do not expect a lot of plot turns and twists from this movie just killing and gross stuff. I rated it high as it was what I expected it to be. I am one who has gone into a cinematic psychosis and I want to see stuff that really cause me to fear, or to be grossed out or some emotion beyond the normal tripe that is being produced now. If you want dark and disturbing get it and be prepared. Also do not spend big money on this one.

The original was sick.The sequel was even sicker.And now the third installment pulls out all the stops, and empties any humanity that was left in your soul onto the abattoir floor.This time around the depravities are shot on digital,so the home movie quality of the previous two flicks isn't nearly as apparent.Also unlike it's predecessors, this one doesn't start up rigt away.But once it does..... Wow!!! Pay Your Penance Now!
What can I say? This movie delivers on everything it promises. I haven't seen the other films in this series but it doesn't really matter. All of the films in the series bring their own level of depravity or so I am told and have read about. This is the final film of the 3 August Underground films and I still am trying to get some of the images out of my mind although they were exactly what I was hoping for.Here's the plot, you see 2 serial killers, killing. That's it, there is no compassion and it's brutal and in your face for a full 80 minutes or so of this flick. It was shot on Mini DV and it looks good, apparently better than the previous 2 movies from other reviews I've read. Even though the quality is good it's still done home video style so there are jump cuts from one scene to another for no apparent reason, which is exactly what Fred Vogel wanted you to see. Toe tag delivers
I wasnt sure what to expect when i started watching The redsin tower. I first watched fred vogel's other films in the august underground series, so when this movie came out i had to see it as well. As always toe tag and freg deliver an awsome horror film. One of the best low budget indie movies to come along. The special effects great the acting was well done. A lot of the film takes place in the dark rooms of a tower that had a creepy atmosphere.of course theres blood and such but not as much gore as the august underground films but over all this a great movie.

But this then led to the some-what unusual situation of knowing that I had to replace the laptop, knowing that was going to cost hundreds of pounds and knowing I couldn’t actually take that out of my bank. To boot, the day after my corking arts presentation (don’t ask), my six year old Dell laptop finally succumbed to the inevitable. As a reformed (ahem) shop-a-holic, I no longer “do” store cards or credit cards. I hope this lasts six more years because I don’t think I can handle the pain of buying another for quite a while. I last blogged all the way back in February, and gosh how I’ve missed it. I would have been back sooner had I had ANYTHING nice to say but I’m currently in my final year at University and well, they said it would be a lot of work….

When I joked about getting a new coat for going to the interview in, the recruitment consultant laughed and said “yeah, you really need to, don’t wear that”. Despite being shapeless its one of the best fitting coats I have ever had.
