Works perfectly, but lacks directions
This worked perfectly in my 2005 Toyota Corolla. It goes right with the car and makes the radio look perfect. It puts a 1-DIN radio in a 2-DIN space, and bevels right with the Toyota design making it look kind of like an original design rather than an add-on. The only thing that I would have added to their design if I had had the chance is instructions for the car model it is designed for. While it is easy to find various versions of directions for the Toyota Corolla on the internet, there is no way to know the quality of the instructions you find. The radio that I bought had a service for looking up various car models' directions online, but then, in the end, that database was incomplete, and I had to rely on one of the high school kid's postings found with Google. Since this dash kit is made specificially for that car model, this is the most logical part with which to include the directions. Toyota Corolla Dash Kit
I bought this dash kit along with Sony CDX-GT630UI and Scosche TA02B Wiring Harness (all from Amazon.com) for a installation in my 03' Toyota Corolla. I have never installed a car stereo before, and was a bit apprehensive about doing it myself, but decided to give it a try. The unit's color is a bit off, but not too obvious, and the fit could be a bit better. The instruction that came with the unit is at best marginal, and I had to Google quite a bit to get sufficient information I needed to take the front panels off to install the unit. However, after two hour of hard work, I am very happy to say that everything works great. I am also glad that I decided to do this on my own. The total cost was about $125. A car stereo shop nearby wanted $300 to turn my factory installed Toyota stereo (which I think everyone would agree isn't that great) iPod compatible, so I feel like doing this myself was a great decision. Good cam
Not a bad camera with good resolution and viewing angle. Installation and connection to the head unit did not cause any problemms. The picture on the color screen with a clear colored layout, and the meter. Beautiful sensitivity at night.

9th Gen Corolla
None of the documentation or descriptions mentions WHICH generation of the Corolla's this is for. It replaces one of the license plate lamps on the 9th generation (2003-2008) Corolla. Build quality is good; documentation is poor to non-existent. Image is very good. I would give it 5 stars if the manufacturer had bothered to produce any documentation with it, or a description that would have told which vehicle it was for.

So Far So Good
This is a factory-fit for you Toyota Corolla. I have a Corolla 2010 and it fit perfect. The DVD looks fine. As I live in Venezuela the GPS comes with IGO8 Software and they don't have the Venezuela maps yet. It come without Remote Control and without Ipod cable. I have only two weeks using it. Its read DVD VCD MP3 and so. The bluetooth works fine.

Could easily be better.
I gave this item 3 stars, but it could easily be 5 stars if the manufacturer would market it better.It's a great technological value, but it was made in China for the Chinese market. The instruction manual is in Chinese only - no English. Is there a warranty or customer support? I don't know, everything is in Chinese!I paid $75 to get it installed professionally and everything worked fine except for the GPS. After resetting the receiver about 10 times and almost giving up it finally decided to work. You have to figure out everything on your own because, like I said, the instructions are ONLY in CHINESE! Luckily the GPS has American English and looks like a great system; however, the unit for some reason cannot remember your time zone. It's default is somewhere in China and I have to reset it every time I power it up for Eastern Time, USA. You should just have to tell it once and have that stored in its memory. Good overall, with a few shortcomings
This manual is not as custom as it claims to be, for two reasons: First, it covers nearly a decade of cars (and those after '97 have key differences from earlier models) so photos and details are often not of your car, but rather just a car like yours. Second, many parts of the body and engine are similar to many other cars, and at points throughout the book it feels like the authors just copied and pasted whole sections from another manual in the Haynes series. This book would benefit from a section at the front where the engine is thoroughly diagrammed. I would like to be able to look at a series of photos and know how to identify every part of the car. Maybe even they could stoop to the level of giving us a sentence or two about what each part does. As it's set up now, I find myself flipping between chapters a lot to find where a particular engine component is located. For more advanced mechanics, those suggested components aren't necessary, I'm sure. But...

Better than nothing but not great
The problem I have with Haynes manuals is that they are not super clear. The few diagrams and pictures they do have are too small and /or don't relate to the exact repair you need. One good example is the directions for the Valve Cover Gasket replacement. In the two paragraphs that explain the process, it tells you TWICE to install the new rubber gasket. This leaves the reader wondering where/when to apply the sealent. Do I apply it before putting the new rubber ring on or after, putting the glue on the rubber ring?? These manuals I feel are rushed to market and not thoroughly researched and clearly edited however, as I stated in my title, they are better than nothing and can give you a general sense of what is needed to make the repair. After Market Works Great.
I love the look of these fog lights. My car is per-wired so it was a simple plug and play. The fit is solid and the lights secured easily with the 5mm washer and nut that "i" supplied. The price for the pair is way fair, go for it.
