The Martin type BS winch sprocket, also known as a bored-to-size winch sprocket, includes one setscrew and an oversize keyway, and is designed for winching and suitable for use with the series 80 chain with a 1.00” pitch. This sprocket has been adapted for installation on the shaft without additional components. Made from high carbon steel, it has high strength and durability.

This sprocket has a hub extension on one side to provide stability and allow for the use of an oversize keyway and a standard setscrew to attach the sprocket onto a shaft.

The options for this class of sprocket are: number of teeth: 10, 11, 12, or 15; stock bore size of 1-1/4” or 1-1/2”; length through bore of 1-5/8” or 1-1/2”; and approximate weight from 1.70 lbs to 6.00 lbs. The keyway size is 5/16” x 5/32”, and one setscrew at 90 degrees to the keyway. The chain row width is 0.459” nominal. All Martin sprockets meet or exceed ANSI standards.
