more useful than I thought it would be
Initially I needed the T-5 torx bit, but I use this set more and more lately. The driver part has a metal shaft and a plastic/rubber handle with a swivel top. It is more stiff than I thought, and while not a professional product, I doubt this will break anytime soon. The bits are not standard 5mm bits but a reduced 4mm size, so they are not interchangeable with most drivers. My set has: torx 20, 15,10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 hex (allen) 4mm, 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1.3, 0.9, 0.7mm flat screwdriver 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1.0 PZ1, PZ0 Philips screwdriver PH1, 0, 00, 000 and the driver. very convenient
There is a huge variety of bits and they are all magnetical. The case is very durable along with the screwdriver that comes with it. The problem is that the bit tips are very weak and bend REALLY easy. I understand that you should be gentle while using small bits like this, but these tips just hardly have the strength to take out commercial screws and they bend way to easily. They should have coated the tips in something stronger. I probably wouldn't recommend these to a friend. Top to learn more
Not for serious computer repair
I bought these tools to remove the screws from a hard drive on a dell notebook. A local computer shop wanted $60 to do the job. The screws are very small phillips head. One of the phillips head tools in this set was small enough, but it couldn't get a good "bite" on the screw. I tried one of the small flat head tools. I twisted that tool. So its lost. However, I ended up draw filing the original phillips head tool so that it didn't drop so deep into the screw. That worked! These tools did save me almost $50. I would say they are good for light duty work. Good for a hobbist, but not for a lot of serious work. Top to learn more

Doesn't fit 2011 Macbook Air
Title says it all. I ordered a bunch of different sets and this one doesn't work. I'm looking for a screwdriver with the 5 point star that can tighten the bolts on the bottom of the macbook air.Otherwise, decent looking tool in good packaging. Top to learn more

Excellent!
The screwdriver worked perfect for my pentalobe screws on the Verizon iphone 4. You will need to buy a flat head and phillips screwdriver also; they are available at Walmart for $1.50 at the optical place. Hope this helps!! Shipping was also very fast!! Top to learn more

Product Description
In late 2010, Apple switched the screw style on the iPhone, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro from a standard Phillips screwdriver to a 5 point star screwdriver size TS1. Before selecting this screwdriver for purchase, all customers should look at the bottom of their iPhone 4 and see if it has a "plus" or a "star" screw. These will be the screws on either side of the Apple connector. 100% of these screws are tested on authentic iPhone 4 screws. However, due to the extremely small dimensions involved, we ask that you contact your authorized distributor regarding any screwdriver that does not fit correctly. Top to learn more

Running a Microsoft application on a Mac highlights Microsoft’s inability to design a user experience that is based on the “user”…especially different users. If you want Outlook you need another version that includes it or you can but this version and buy Outlook later. Having worked with Microsoft products for too many years I instinctively “save” my work with every 2 or 3 changes…like taking a breath between thoughts. If you are not a power user then you might want to try Pages and Numbers from Apple which will cause you much less pain for your effort and feel more like Mac products. If you require Microsoft specific, detailed functionality then you are likely used to Microsoft and will get something that is all too familiar. The Ribbon is overkill for the casual user and a tiresome pain in the arse for power users. This version will give you the Outlook icon when you install the other 3 and if you click on it you have the option to buy Outlook. Word, Excel and PP are usable, and in some ways a touch more refined than Office 2003 for PC…perhaps that is just the Mac itself. This doesn’t make the software bad but it does provide a user experience that unintuitive at times for those used to a Mac workflow. Microsoft’s UI is typical of a developer/Microsoft centric view of functionality. That makes sense as those that copy usually copy only the good parts…I don’t think Microsoft should ever fear others copying their Ribbon mistake.
On January 1, 2012 it shows itself: an old piece of security code that prevents the game from working after 2011. Well, after some investigation, it turns out that when you update an app in the Mac App store, if the name of the application file changes, this error is what happens. I’ve got information up in the description of the game on the Mac App store, explaining the problem and that a fix is on the way, but people just ignore it. Then I get a message from Apple that the update has been rejected because of a technicality. Maybe even a few people got it for Mac and then decided to also buy Gold Strike for iOS. The appeal was accepted and Gold Strike was back in the Mac App store, and everyone could update. The Sad Saga of Gold Strike For the Mac App Store The story begins in December, 2010. Search for “mac app store update hash mismatch. So the game gets in the Mac App store, and I price it at: free. A good way to test out the waters of the Mac App store. But I did this only to appease the Mac App store reviewer. If changing the name of your application file will cause this error, then you shouldn’t be allowed to change the name of your application file. The Mac App store is about to launch, and I have some time on my hands. I’ve updated the description text on the app page in the store, I’ve put it right at the top of the page you get to if you click “support” on that page too. I decide to see if it is possible to create a valid Mac app using Flash.
I’ve also ditched the 9cell battery since after 1 year it will not matter anyway and the Nvidia card requirement since I never played a game on the current laptop and I’m in Linux anyway (not to mention it broke 3 times on the last laptop). The main setback into buying a new laptop was the fact that all new laptops have less screen height when switching from 16:9 to 16:10 aspect ratio. Not to mention that in the frenzy of research I found out that buying the laptop with 2G and adding later 4G not bought from Dell would make it even cheaper and of course I could buy it with FreeDos. Then as I started summing: extra memory, extra warranty (default 1y for Mac and 3y for Dell), anti-glare, etc: the Dell ended up almost half the price at around 1100 EUR. Each time Dell replaced it and lastly it even did so when it was out of warranty so this is a good point for buying a new Dell laptop. Going 1600×900 or 1440×900 does not seem much different so better buy a lighter 14” screen laptop with the same height but a few hundreds grams less. To be honest I liked the macs mainly because they are simple and not cluttered with lot of unneeded stuff like 10 media buttons or 5 mouse buttons around the trackpad. And for the first time the question popped up: “should I buy a Mac. This would be more than enough for some people, but not for me. So I started looking at the specs and finally ended up with 2 candidates: the Dell I6410 (yes, it’s the one with the ugly plastics and the 5 buttons trackpad) and the MacBook Pro with...
