Works great - Here are some tips for isolating the wart and medication.
OK, this stuff works great because it's very strong. I had a wart on my hands that was there for YEARS and not it's gone. I even had my doctor freeze it twice and it still didn't go away. This stuff got rid of it in about 15 days.HERE'S THE TIP:The key is to isolate the wart so the medication doesn't affect the good skin. This is especially important for small warts.Tip #1: Take a large plastic bandage (not fabric), and cut off the two sticky sides and throw away the padded portion in the middle. Take one of the sticky sides (save the other one for later) and with the backing still on it and fold it into four (half and half again). Now cut the center corner off to make a small hole in the middle - you want the hole just a tiny bit bigger than the wart. Then unfold it, take the backing off, and apply it on your wart with the wart sticking out of the hole. Now you can apply a big glob of the Wart Stick medication and you wont have to worry about it killing...

The best wart remover I have ever used
I am so happy I found this product! It just works!I was horrified when I found not one but two plantars warts on my 7-year-old's feet. I'd had such warts myself in the past, and removing them was a painful and not always successful experience. This thing is better than the fluid wart removers because:1.The wax base makes it easier to place EXACTLY.2.The acid is 45% rather than the usual 15%.I rub some wax on a band aid, then put the band aid just where I want it. I seal the band aid with waterproof adhesive tape and wear it for a few days.Maybe the stronger acid will act in an evil way, so PAY ATTENTION.

Overall better than other Compound W products
I have used the strips, and the liquid Compound W wart remover, but the gel form is overall better. The gel can be applied precisely, and it stays on longer compared to the strips or liquid (bottle with brush). I wish I would've purchased the gel from the beginning. If you are embarrassed by you're warts, just apply the gel, let it dry, and then cover it up with a bandage.

It WORKS
The gel worked better for my child than the old liquid products and better than the unsuccessful freezing at the physician's office. Although the amount you get (.25oz) is less than the old style liquid version, this product is more efficient since you can apply more accurately and use less.

Actually works, unlike freeze products!I
I had a large wart on my palm for like2 years. I have tried numerous times to freeze it off to no avail. Finally got this stuff, 2 weeks later, wart is almost completely gone. I will re apply it next week again to make it go away completely. It has shrunk in size 75% at least. GET IT, IT WORKS!

Cheaper than copays and it works
This worked well for me for some stubborn warts (tried the acid route, which I think is more painful than this) and a skintag. Skin turns white, then deep red, then sloughs off in a couple of weeks and no more problem. Had to reapply twice to a couple, so be patient and let it work. Typical insurance doesn't cover cryotherapy in your Dr.s office so I think it's money well spent, esp. if you have to go back once or twice. I got the 12 application pack, as I didn't want to run out, and it was only a little more than the 7 pack. Adice: hold on the area long enough to be sure it's all white, which may be longer than instructions say.

I finally got it to work!
I had a small but stubborn wart on the side of my index finger and with the help of this product, I finally got rid of it. To be effective, you need to alter the directions somewhat. First, I clipped the wart off (very painless to do so for me). Second, I treated it twice two days apart. The first treatment I held the applicator on the wart for the recommended time. Two days later when treating again, I held the applicator on the wart for at least twice the length of time as recommended in the instructions. Yes, it was uncomfortable and was borderline painful. A day after the second treatment, the area formed a pretty good blister which I ended up draining and then kept the area covered with a bandaid until it was healed enough to stay uncovered. It is now approximately four weeks later and there is no sign of the wart returning. Previously, it would begin to return in less than a week. I'm confident enough with the way it looks that it is now gone for good.

Works like the Dr. Office, with some care I like it.
I like this product, and have achieved great success for the two times I've used in over quite a few years. This comment is about it's use this last week.I used a razor blade to trim off excess skin. I'm not worried about how it feels or bleeding, you might like to use and emery board etc. I trimmed the area right to that little cluster of dots and it was sensitive. Follow their directions to the letter before going off changing things a little like I did. Prior to applying take a minute to look at exactly where you want to put this thing so you cover the area in question and don't just freeze a spot for fun which it's not. Decide where your part in question will be resting to apply this and practice how your applicator hand movements will carried out If you press this thing on firmly, I pressed hard, you will feel sore but then about a minute after you remove it and things warm up you will be wide awake for that one. It actually works
I give it 5 stars just for the simple fact that it does what it claims. If you use this as directed, you'll be very suprised. It's a little messy, I had to do 2 applications, took about a day and a half til I could go 'bandaid-less' without the paste. 1 actually came off yesterday (started the whole process 4 days ago) and the others definitely look like they are going to soon. It is a little painful & itchy (not to mention gross) but nothing awful. Those small round bandaids are perfect for this. I'll update this once they start to heal (the one that came off kind of looks like a little burn wound right now) and maybe I'll have during/after photos then. Also, it didn't really affect the healthy skin around it very much, and I know I wasn't very careful about applying it. Overall, it's worth the money. I have been meaning to put up a review for a week now but haven't had a chance to. Sorry this is a really long post but I wanted to try my best to give you as much information/reviews as possible on my experience.My background information: I am mid 20's, hyper pigmented and my entire family suffers from many flat black moles on our body. They don't look bad to be honest, but I was particularly worried because in the last year my moles on my face had started to grow in size, and new ones were appearing. Works very well.
The tips get very very cold. I am a MD and used this to treat my warts by myself. After 2 treatments, my warts were gone. Hurts like crazy as I froze the warts for about 1-1.5 minutes each, but it worked VERY well. Don't believe the negative reviews. This uses the same technology that you would get from a Dermatologist, and for me it costs less than one co-pay at a doctor's office. Dermatologists will minimally treat your warts so you have to keep coming back to see them. Plus, if a patient get a large blister from a treatment (which you should get if done properly), most people would bitch and moan that their doctor caused harm. When in actuality, you have to freeze all the surrounding tissue to effectively kill the warts as well, and this WILL cause a localized blister. I caused two blisters over each wart, and I had them gone in two weeks. I would have easily spent a couple hundred dollars in co-pays had I seen a Dermatologist.

NO Pain NO Gain
Don't listen to the reviews, this product works GREAT! But, if you expect a wart removal to be painless, you have another thing coming. This is basically the same thing as having your doctor do it, but way cheaper than a doctor visit.But, it's got to hurt a little. So, follow the instructions and don't be afraid to exaggerate the timing a bit.Like, when it says four seconds of freeze preparation, do four long drawn out seconds. And, if you feel like you really didn't "bring the pain" on the wart as it were, use a second application to finish the job. Yes, the second application does hurt, but the more beating you deliver, the more likely the wart will be gone.In short it works, just don't be a baby about it.
