Excellent
There was a DVD with my book. I sympathize with the other reviewer who didn't receive one because the DVD is excellent. It breaks down using the Smartboard into five to seven minute lessons, i.e., using the magic pen. This is helpful because one's attention span begins to wane when too much information is introduced at one time. Plus, I can go back and review specific segments. As an elementary school media specialist, I highly recommend this book/DVD as a resource for teachers who want to get more out of their smartboard. I am excited to try several of the ideas. They sound easy to implement and motivational for the students.

My son loves this book!
I have an 18 m/o and he absolutely loves this book. It is very similar to another book, "Peek a Who?" by Nina Laden, which my son also loves. The text is essentially the same, as is the spirit of most of the illustrations. So if you like the Nina Laden book, you will probably like this one.

One of baby's favorites
Love, love love Begin Smart books! My 1 year old loves them and this is one of her favorites. Her other favorites are "look at me" and "who am I". Both books with the eye holes in them. These books are all very engaging and fun for for parents too, although I won't lie, it's time to buy some more because we are getting tired of reading the same books over and over, which is not entirely a bad thing.

Breville Smart Oven Cutting Board and Serving Tray
This is a high quality item manufactured specifically to sit on top of the Breville Smart Oven. It is a little smaller than the top of the oven. It is designed to be offset from the front edge of the oven (to avoid heat damage when opening door)and can be used when the oven is on. I purchased mine directly from Breville and ended up paying considerably more than what Amazon is charging. This is a great accessory but is somewhat too small to use as a cutting board.

An almost essential accessory
I find this item to be almost essential for my new Breville 800XL oven. I like to keep the pizza pan and broiling rack on top of the oven for convenience but don't wont to scuff up the beautiful brushed stainless finish of the oven. The bamboo wood is extremely well-finished, actually nearly perfect. I am almost reluctant to use it as a cutting board as to not deface it!The feet (plastic with silicone) are shaped such that they fit PERFECTLY into the grooves on the oven top so it would not slide around. The feet also raise the board slightly above the oven top for proper ventilation. Because of this, simply laying a generic cutting board on top as a substitute would not work. Furthermore, if you were to try and stick on some makeshift feet to a generic cutting board, the feet would have to be made of silicone (plastic and rubber would melt). Not sure where you would even find silicone feet. In this case, you might as well buy the Breville board and save yourself the...

Excellent addition to Breville oven
This is an excellent addition to the Breville Smart Oven. It fits very nicely to the top of the oven and makes it look nicer. It allows for things that might be damaged by the heat (plastic) to be placed on top of the oven without worry. This is particularly helpful if one has minimal space and needs to be able to use this space to put heat-sensitive items. It is high quality.

This game is great fun
I'm surprised that this game has reviews that are only 3 stars, it is a great party game. It is a blast to play and had all of us laughing. This is not a game for 12 year olds, I would strongly recommend it for people over 18, however. I love that it can be played in only a half hour, I want to scream when other trivia games go over the two hour mark. I thought many of the trivia questions were clever. Bottom line, of the group of four of us, everyone thought this game was awesome.

Don't judge a game by its title
Smart "Alec", as we have dubbed it in light of the fact that there are kids around us, is actually pretty fun. It is a trivia game that allows you more than one clue. This game is great for the trivia game player that needs more clues to guess the word.Smart A-- has a box of cards and each card has ten clues on it that go from very vague to very specific. As the reader reads the clues everyone else tries to guess the word being described. Don't jump the gun though because you only get ONE guess! A clue may start out as: "a place in the northern hemisphere" and get down to "an island near San Francisco" with all the clues in between helping to describe the word.It was very fun, and with the different categories it kept the game fresh. If they could only change the title.

Fun game
This is a straight forward trivia game, and unlike trivial pursuit, each game lasts 30 minutes tops (with 4 players). We have an 18 year old who found most of the questions were beyond her, but our 21 year old did fine with it. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for younger teens unless you team them up with an adult to help. We had a lot of fun with it, and when if you lose, play again- most of the games were over in 15-20 minutes.
