Great Wireless Camera
I had heard about the DCS-932L when it made its debut early in January and had been anxiously awaiting for it to go on sale. This is a great camera that is easy to set up. The picture quality is great, way better than I expected and the night vision on it is fantastic as well. I am primarily using it was a baby monitor and have another one in my sons play room. Its a great added bonus that you can view the cameras using Apple and Android products as I have an ipad and an Android phone. Though you can't hear sound on the apps you can still view your cameras from any website and can see both the video and hear the sound. My wife liked the added feature that the camera flashes when someone has plugged in and is watching. Great product and even better with such a low price!

Great baby monitor! Audio is very bad (static). Video is pretty good
Customer Video Review Length:: 1:08 Mins4/4/2011: The day and night video is pretty good. The installation process was flawless. Unfortunately I can't use the camera as a baby monitor since the audio static is awful. The static is so loud you can't hear anything. Hopefully Dlink will address my concern. I'll update my review once I hear back from them. See my video if you'd like to hear the bad static. Also Dlink hasn't fixed the audio problem with the Iphone App. You only get video with the Iphone. I have the Iphone 4 with iOS 4.3 installed.4/5/2011: I contacted Dlink support. They said they know about the audio problem and they don't plan to fix it. Ughh! I'm going to return this one and see if a new one sounds better. I'll post more once I get the new one.4/14/2011: I received my new DCS-932L from Amazon today. The audio is just as bad with this camera. What a shame. I even upgraded my java version to 1.6.0_24-b07. Ughh. Time to send it back or pray for a firmware...

Excellent Resource for Managers and Auditors
Policies and procedures represent the foundation of internal controls for organizations. It is important they be clearly written, current, and comprehensive. The author provides an excellent framework for organizations to use in establishing and updating policies and procedures. The book begins with a chapter on how to use the book. The book is structured as a final product that is supported by a Web site containing all the sample documents in Microsoft Word format. Rose explains the steps before getting started, followed by getting started with the program, developing the table of contents and a self assessment exercise. The rest of the book is devoted to sample policies and procedures. There is a continuity of structure for each document which details the scope, the policy, control/areas of responsibility, and contact and exhibit if necessary. An absolutely fabulous picture book!
This is my son's favorite book and I too enjoy it! Beau Beaudoin has created a new type of book. It's a fairy tale, in the tradition of the Brother's Grimm only written in rhyme with the most outstanding illustrations I've seen in a long time! Though Beau Beaudoin has an unique style all his own, I would probably compare him to Tim Burton and Dr. Seuss. I highly recommend his other book I read in an article that this book is going to be an animated film! We are very much looking forward to seeing that as well as reading his next books.

What a breath of fresh air! A must read for children and adults alike!!!
It is not very often that I come across a children/fantasy book that I am very impressed with. This book was definately a big suprise. The first thing I noticed about the book was the quality of the book. The book was well made and the illustrations were fantastic. I then opened the book and began reading the story. Even though this was a children's book, it had me enthralled through the whole story. It captivated my imagination and made me feel child like again. I would definately recommend this book to children and adults alike! You will not be disappointed!

Because I had been shown how to use the cards that Judith Stern Peck describes in Money and Meaning, I was quickly able to adapt them to situations in my financial planning practise and understand how they are easily used and adapted to different situations. By separating into two piles -the cards that are meaningful and those that are not meaningful to you - then selecting from the meaningful ones, the 4 that stand out most, one can begin to identify and have a language to talk about their most important values. By repeating this exercise as it relates to making a financial decision, one can begin to look at the differences in how financial decisions may be in alignment or very different from one's core values. This is a non-threatening way for people to begin to reflect and then have meaningful conversation about it. The book gave me some wonderful ideas about how to apply this technology to my client situations. The case studies made me think about my own values...
