Excellent, well-designed, sturdy product!
I needed one of these right away since I am trying to finish a quilt for a charity quilt auction and am on a deadline. I was able to find one yesterday at a newly enlarged JoAnn's Fabric Shop, locally, in spite of the information at JoAnn's website which said that they were not available in the retail stores, only online. I called the local store just to check, and they said they carry them, so I went out and got one. It was over-priced compared to the price on Amazon, but I needed it quick, so I paid and brought it home.Well, I don't even mind what I paid because it is really a very well-designed, simple but ingenious, sturdy little product! I set it up just from looking at the picture on the box, really easy. Took maybe a little more than five minutes. If you have a rubber mallet to tap the pieces together (gently) that is a nice help.The long sleeves, that hold the quilt onto the side rails so you can work on it, are a great idea. Quilt Frame
I'm really happy with this quilt frame. It makes hand quilting go much quicker since you don't need to be constantly repositioning the frame. My husband made a minor adjustment for me since I'm so short. If you're a hand quilter this is a great frame.

Great Buy
I saw this frame at work before Christmas. Decided that could be my Christmas present to myself. I didn't get it in time to finish the quilt I was making for a Christmas present, but I used it a few days ago to make a "baby quilt". It is great! I love it. No aching back, easy to put together and use and take apart and store when you're done. What's best is that it really doesn't take up that much space so you can leave it up to finish your project. No regrets at all. Price was great too. Better than at JoAnn's or Hancocks. You'll love it!

Love my quilt frame
I absolutely love my Q-Snap frame. I use it sitting in a chair before the tv, and can sit and quilt in comfort. It's so light that moving it is a breeze, and it's so well made that assembling it was a breeze and there are no rough edges to catch on fabric.

Great for quilting projects
Bought this to use for stretching and tacking quilts before quilting them on my sewing machine. Very easy to use and small enough to reach the center to tack. Perfect height, too. Would definitely recommend this product for any size quilting project.

Just right for my needs!
Being new to hand quilting I did a lot of research to see what would be best for my needs. This fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to assemble and does the job. Shipping was prompt and was packaged to prevent any damage. It was also fairly priced. I am using it to do a twin size quilt and it handles great. I think it would handle any larger size project just fine.

Great quilting frame for smaller pieces
This is exactly what I was looking for. My wall hanging is about 3 X 4 feet and I needed something to keep it off my lap but stretched in front of me. The only down side is that when too much of the quilt is on one side, it tends to slide that way.But overall it works great! Good value for the price.

Craft stand
I didn't even know they made such a thing as this anymore. It is absolutely the greatest little invention ever. It holds my needlepoint project perfectly while I sit and talk or watch TV. It comes in pieces and I'm not very mechanical, so someone else put it together for me. I would highly recommend this little stand to anyone who can't stand to just sit idly, doing nothing.

An easy, inexpensive option.
You can certainly spend a lot on fancy needlework stands, but with this it's just not necessary. Easy to use, lightwieght, and if you keep the side bolts loose you can flip the work up easily to see the back of your piece. I think this is great for someone who likes portable hands free crafting without spending a fortune to hold the work.

Very capable frame and stand
I bought this for my wife's cross-stitching projects, as she had been using a small hoop frame. The frame assembles easily and without any tools; the parts are joined together by bolts with hand-tightened wing-nuts. Getting the fabric into the slotted bars (the long sides of the frames) is a bit of a challenge and is easier with two people, but still it can be done by one person. You are buying it to hold the fabric, and it will hold it very well once it's in the slotted bars.Once assembled, the frame works well. It does provide a large working area, up to 8.5"x24" as advertised, and you can easily loosen the wingnuts on one end to roll the fabric to continue working on a different part of the fabric (that is, you can create items that are 24" wide and virtually any length over 8.5" by rolling up the fabric around one bar like a scroll). Considering the light touch used to work the needle in and out of the fabric, the feet are stable enough to keep the frame standing even...

Quite happy with this hoop
I received this quilt hoop a few days ago and have been using it ever since. Putting it together was fairly easy. This one is an 18" hoop whereas my regular hand held hoop was 14" so it gives me more work space and I don't have to shift the quilt as often. It was always a struggle to quilt in my old hoop due to trying to balance it on my left arm and feel for the needle on the underside. I often dropped the hoop or my stitches were irregular due to movement. This Edmunds hoop is a dream come true. I have been able to quilt faster because my work area doesn't wobble, the stitches are straighter, and both hands are free. I had been worried about being able to turn the hoop in the direction I needed--I quilt toward myself--and that is why I always needed a hoop instead of a floor frame. The Edmunds does move up and down and can be turned side to side so I can get to most sections. The only drawback is the curved support bar for the bottom hoop. It does get in the way of my left...

I like it!
Received this product for Christmas. My husband put it together for me. Had a lot of parts. I've got it adjusted so that I can sit in my recliner and quilt on my king sized quilt. I am really enjoying being able to hand quilt again.

not bad
I bought this to quilt my first quilt which happened to be a queen size. I didn't realize how over my head this project was. I wasn't going to splurge on a $200 hoop, but I should have. This hoop is definitely worth the price. I can make due, but I have to readjust often. If I was quilting a lighter in weight project, I would have absolutely no problem. I am still happy with the purchase, and I'm still shopping for a sturdier hoop.
